Delay in appointments to tribunal affecting public exchequer: Justice MN Bhandari

The delay in appointment of members to the State Public Services Tribunal has an adverse impact on litigants as well as the public exchequer, said Justice Munishwar Nath Bhandari of the Lucknow bench of Allahabad high court.
