Kerala academy moves HC after union ministry denies censor exemption for documentary 'Vivek'

Kerala State Chalachithra Academy has decided to move High Court after ministry of information and broadcasting denied censor exemption for Anand Patwardhan’s documentary `Vivek` (Reason) to be screened at the ongoing International documentary and short film festival (IDSFFK).
