Maha Board Exam 2019: HSC student delayed after disruption in train services

A HSC student from a Bandra college failed to reach her exam centre before 3 pm owing to an hour-long disruption of train services on the western line. The centre in charge came to her rescue and sought permission from the board authorities to give her extra time.
